    All those stated aspects are widely accepted reasons to get in to blog. But how far it helps the organizations, in terms of productivity business winnings etc ? Why an organization should build a community ?

    @milind blogs are not ERP or CRM kind of applications. It is a way of expression in web2.0.
    Iron manufacturer TATA steel advertise about steel in TV, not to persuade people in steel buying. It is to promote their value to society. Direct calculation to $ and INR is not a right approach to Blog
